Beautiful day today, Manchester! Think it's a must that we get some seats out front and give you all a place to sit and bask in the sunshine on your lunch breaks (or just while away your day, if you're one of those people-of-leisure). Lovely, summery menu on at the moment too. Come in and take a peek at the specials board.
It's unofficial Canadian week at Night & Day this week, too. On Tuesday 15th, we've got the summery six-singer harmonious pop of Saskatchewan combo Library voices. Support comes from Cry Baby Aeroplanes, The Finnlys and Leonard Hammersley. Then, on Thursday 17th, we've got another Canadian band, Rootop Runners, who are based in Berlin, playing here with support from Grayshot, Echotape and The Hubris.
On Weds 16th May, there's a fantastic night of folk music in the form of Folktrekker, an event set-up specifically to raise money for Oxfam, so definitely worth getting along to. Details can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/events/403503579669985/
Then, on Saturday night, we've got a fantastic line-up brought to you by Dusty Pop, which includes Goodlife, Cardinal Saviour, Glanford, Mog Stanley, David Liversegde and Dusty Pop's DJs.
