James Bradshaw permeates soul and passion into every note he sings. The UK-born singer and songwriter discovered his love of music at an early age. Inspired by a myriad of different genres he began learning the piano at 12 years-old. At 15, he was selected to join the classical music program at Royal Northern College of Music in the UK. Nurtured by his classical music training, his soulful voice began garnering attention as it developed into a smooth, soul-infused baritone.
While in school, James performed solo shows across the UK and Europe and dabbled in songwriting, eventually taking his talents across the pond where he studied at USC’s Thornton School of Music. James is currently working on his debut solo EP and writing for other artists. Stay tuned for new music from this inspiring new artist.
Taking her cues from a variety of influences including hip-hop neo-soul, and electronic pop (to name but a few) LILO has been blurring the lines between genres and creating a style that’s all her own. A human melting pot of sounds both old and new, LILO is already drawing comparisons to the likes of Janelle Monae, Kimbra and Nao.
Having performed regularly both throughout the UK, as well as recently returning home from a four-month writing/recording trip to Los Angeles, California where she worked with celebrated producer Michael ‘Smidi’ Smith (Sia, Coldplay, Kesha), LILO has just released her first single ‘Resuscitate’ ahead of the release of her highly-anticipated debut EP. Due for a winter release that will be supported with one of LILO’s incendiary live shows, this is only a taste of what’s to come. An established session singer and sought-after performer in her own right, UK native, Lisa Olivant has just completed four years intensive training at the prestigious Royal Northern College of Music, and she’s ready to unleash her artistic prowess into the world.’
