THE NIGHT & DAY SHOWCASE
dle Hours are a four-piece surf-pop band inspired by Blur, Bloc Party and Arctic Monkeys. Hailing from Manchester; Jack, Tom, Alex and Jimmy met at university in 2017, and have gone on to perform at the O2 Ritz, Night People and the Bread Shed, as well as performing a packed out debut headline show at Jimmy’s already at this early stage of their career. Blending catchy, surf pop influenced sounds with hard-hitting, down to the bone lyrics, Idle Hours are ready to take on Manchester’s finest.
Hailing from the City of Hull, Dead Hormones are using 2018 to spread the message of their new-found cultured wisdom. Or maybe not. Chances are they’ll be delivering a similar brand of high-intensity alternative rock as they release their new EP ‘Dinner With The Devil’, taking influence from the likes of Pixies, Queens Of The Stone Age & Protomartyr
