THE NIGHT & DAY SHOWCASE
In-Sensé’, whose name originates from the French translation of ‘Insane’ are a 4-piece band bilingual in Funk & Hard Rock based in Manchester. Encompassing a Metal lisp, dressed in Hip-Hop and occasionally D’n’B raving, this – quite confusing – mix emerged from each member’s nationalities (English, Belgian, Scottish and Cypriot), inevitably bringing 4 very different musical backgrounds.
Three piece inspired by Massive attack, Death Grips and bob Dylan. Moby Dickless fuse the sounds of grunge, dub and hip hop in their own blend of filthy, dirty jazz.
The Disappearing are a 3-piece guitar based alt-rock band based in Stockport. Originally starting in 2015 as a 4-piece covers band banging out Pixies tunes in their works archive, they soon found writing, performing and recording their own music far more satisfying – and as time is running out for the grey bearded ‘boys’ with a penchant for artisan beers they thought they’d crack on with it.
Their debut recording was released as a 4 track EP “Messages from the Archive” in Oct 2016, followed by the singles “In the City” and “One Minute Culture” in 2017. Their album “Trolls and Vultures” was released in Nov 2017. All releases are available on Spotify, ITunes and Google Play or direct from the band website
